This training was approved by the EMDR International Association (EMDRIA).

Brainspotting - Training with Lisa Schwarz, M.Ed

Urban Zen Integrative Therapy Training Program (UZIT) RYT 500-Yoga Alliance - Donna Karan’s groundbreaking initiative with Rodney Yee, Colleen Saidman Yee, Richard Freeman, Richard Rosen, Pamela Miles and Roshi Joan Halifax. The UZIT program includes training in yoga therapy, essential oil therapy with Young Living Oils, Reiki, nutrition, and contemplative end-of-life care. Most participants – doctors, nurses, physical and massage therapists, dentists, and experienced yoga instructors amongst others – are dual credentialed. The 12-month curriculum addressed the key patient symptoms of PANIC  – and included clinical rotations conducted at Beth Israel Medical Center, Hope Lodge (American Cancer Society) and Montefiore Hospital. Kim Seelbrede is a graduate of the Urban Zen Integrative Therapist program and uses these skills and tools to enhance her work as a psychotherapist.
