Kimberly Seelbrede, LCSW is a New York State licensed Psychotherapist and Coach who works with individuals and couples, in-person or online tele-therapy and coaching via Skype.

Kim specializes in intuitive counseling, women’s issues, personal empowerment, anxiety and mood disorders, trauma resolution, stress management, health, burnout and self-care coaching. Kimberly has worked with high-profile clients and well-known personalities from international musicians, creatives, professional athletes, TV personalities, thought-leaders, entrepreneurs and Fortune 500 CEOs. As a trained Urban Zen Integrative Therapist, she provides healing sessions working with clients who are struggling with trauma, cancer, pain and chronic illness using a variety of modalities including meditation, body scans, Reiki, nutrition guidance, breathing techniques, yoga therapy and essential oils.
