Kim Seelbrede has been in the mental health field for ten years providing individual, couples and family counseling. Individual Psychotherapy
I provide individual counseling to adults, adolescents and school age children.
Family Counseling
I believe in the importance of working with the family system. Therefore, I encourage clients to bring family members or friends to sessions when indicated.
Group Therapy
I facilitate groups and workshops addressing a variety of issues and concerns. Please contact me if you are interested in participating in group treatment.
Consultation Phone/In-Person
I offer support and encouragement to those who are in need of a consultation for resources and ideas about how to help their friend or family member who is struggling with an eating disorder, substance abuse, depression, anxiety, adjustment difficulties and other issues that may need attention.
Lectures
I provide schools and organizations in the community with presentations and workshops on a variety of topics related to mental health and wellness. Often, I work with a colleague who lends a slightly different perspective than mine.
