Food Has the Power to Harm or Heal

As an Integrative Therapist and Holistic Heath Counselor, I provide support, guidance and resources to clients seeking health and wellness. I focus on a mind body approach to support you in weight loss, disease prevention and wellness.  My extensive training in eastern and western modalities enables me to apply the depth of my knowledge in a manner that guides, educates and motivates. I tailor my approach to meet your individual needs, because we are all different and to empower you and help you understand what works for you ensures that you will have the skills to apply in the future.

I do not believe in diets or restrictive/prescriptive diets, but rather life changes that can be sustained.  Improving you nutrition should never include hunger and deprivation. Helping you change habits and patterns for life is superior to the constant emotional battle of struggling to eat well, bingeing, restricting and more dieting. Together we will develop a lifestyle plan that is practical and sensible. A plan that includes self-care and nourishing your creative, spiritual and physical self. To do this we must establish a plan that honors your individuality, your body and your preferences. I will help you identify your unique goals, learn to listen to your needs and assist you in making these changes.
